TITLE: Approve Frank Baer as a Regular Member of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board, to Serve a Four-Year Term From January 10, 2023, to January 10, 2027.
Recommended Action
Approve Frank Baer as a Regular Member of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board.
Background Information
Currently, there are two Alternate vacancies and one Regular Member vacancy on the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board. The vacancies have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Frank Baer and there have been no other applications submitted. Mr. Baer is requesting to be appointed as the Alternate I Member on the Board. He has been a resident of North Port for over 12 months (completed on October 18, 2021) and does not currently serve on any other Board or Committee. His application has been submitted for review and consideration.
