TITLE: Approve the Appointment of Frank J. Rotonda as a Regular Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, to Serve a Three (3) Year Term From March 14, 2023, to March 14, 2026.
Recommended Action
Approve the appointment of Frank J. Rotonda as a Regular Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, to serve a three (3) year term from March 14, 2023, to March 14, 2026.
Background Information
Currently, there are four (4) vacancies on the Zoning Board of Appeals and the vacancies have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Frank J. Rotonda and there have been no other applications submitted. Mr. Rotonda has been a resident of North Port for six (6) months and does not currently serve on any other Board or Committee. Florida Statutes 112.3141 (6) regarding conflict disclosures is not applicable for this applicant. His application has been submitted for review and consideration.
