North Port Police Department Public Information Officer Brittany Kammerer was named Innovator of the Year as part of the 2026 PSAPs’ Finest Awards, which recognize outstanding contributions to public safety and emergency communications nationwide.
This recognition reflects Brittany’s dedication to the North Port Police Department and her creativity in finding new and meaningful ways to communicate with and serve our community. She consistently brings fresh ideas; enthusiasm and a commitment to her work; helping strengthen the connection between the North Port Police Department and the residents we serve.
