The draft minutes were submitted for Commission review on July 12, 2023. Commissioner McDowell provided suggested changes on July 12, 2023, regarding:

Parks & Rec:

Missing - at the 1H 16M mark - “… City use of storage unit, and public notice and inclusion on future agenda….”
Usually when the City Attorney weighs in it is specifically noted in the minutes (see 2^nd line on page 7 as an example).  CA weighed in on the bolded text above.
