Recommended Action
Approve new Board & Committee Handbook.
Background Information
At the September 10, 2019 Commission Regular Meeting, staff was tasked with creating a handbook to be used by City Boards and Committees outlining guidelines, obligations and authority of those committees.
The attached Board & Committee Handbook was created by the City Manager’s Office with assistance from the City Clerk and the City Attorney’s Office. This handbook has been reviewed by legal as to form and correctness.
