Appointment of Scott Duff as the Fifth Trustee to the Firefighters' Pension Board of Trustees by the North Port City Commission as a ministerial duty, to serve a term from March 12, 2020 to March 12, 2022.
Background Information
At the March 12, 2020 Firefighters’ Pension Board of Trustees Meeting, Scott Duff was elected unanimously by the other Trustees and they hereby, submit his name to the North Port City Commission to be appointed, as a ministerial duty, to the Board of Trustees as its fifth Trustee in accordance with Ordinance No.91-6. Mr. Duff is not currently serving on any other Board or Committee, his attendance has been excellent, and his application has been provided for your review.
