Approve Resolution No. 2025-R-39 as presented.

Background Information

The original plat for Wellen Park Village E was recorded in the Sarasota County Public Records as Plat Book 55, Page 401, Instrument No. 2021214234. The plat had identified 30-foot-wide utility easements in various areas where the underground infrastructure was going to be located for lift station #125.

Due to an unforeseen underground infrastructure conflict, the sanitary sewer pipe had to be constructed outside of the platted easement. Therefore, this additional sanitary sewer and access easement for the operation and maintenance of the sewer pipe is necessary.

Resolution No. 2025-R-39 has been reviewed by the Interim City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.
