Recommended Action
Consider appointment of (1) Member to the Charter Review Advisory Board.
Background Information
There is currently one (1) vacancy on the Charter Review Advisory Board. The vacancy has been announced at the Commission Regular Meetings from February 9, 2016 through November 22, 2016. The City Clerk’s Office has received two (2) applications. The first applicant is Janine Korpa. Ms. Korpa has been a resident of the City of North Port for 12 years and is not currently serving on any other Boards or Committees. The second applicant is Cory Hutchinson. Mr. Hutchinson has been a resident of the City of North Port for 16 years and is not currently serving on any other Boards or Committees. The application for Ms. Korpa and Mr. Hutchinson have been submitted for your review and consideration.
