Background Information
Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center, Inc., (SPARCC) provides free services to victims of domestic and sexual violence and promotes a violence free community through public awareness and education.
The tenant Lease Agreement is on its fifth term and will expire on October 31, 2024. This First Amendment extends the term of the current lease agreement by one year, expiring on October 31, 2025.
