General Information
Village K is identified as a ?636 acre parcel bounded by the future Manasota Beach Road to the north, River Road to the east, West Village Parkway to the west, and the City of North Port municipal boundary to the south.
On behalf of property owner Manasota Beach Ranchlands LLLP, John Luczynski submitted a Village District Pattern Plan-Combined application in October 2021. This application includes all required steps of the VDPP process including the site analysis, preliminary, proposed, and final VDPPs as outlined in the Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) Sec. 53-214.
Of the total 636 acres of Village K, approximately 396 acres are designated "Residential Neighborhood" (RN-1 through RN-4), and approximately 16 acres are designated Mixed Use Residential Neighborhood (MURN-1 and MURN-2), and approximately 96 acres are designated Mixed Use (MU-1). At buildout...
