TITLE: Approve the Utilization of the City of Titusville, Florida, Contract No. SV22P043 Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) System Integration Services With the U.S. Water Services Corporation dba Rocha Controls, on an As-Needed Basis in an Amount Not to Exceed $500,000 Annually Through the Term Ending August 28, 2027, and Authorizing the City Manager to Approve any Modifications, Renewals, or Terminations in Concurrence With the City of Titusville, Florida.
Recommended Action
Option 1: Approve the utilization of the City of Titusville, Florida, Contract No. SV22P043 Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) System Integration Services with the U.S. Water Services Corporation dba Rocha Controls, on an as-needed basis in an amount not to exceed $500,000 annually through the term ending August 28, 2027, and authorizing the City Manager to approve any modifications, renewals, or terminations in concurrence with the City of Titusville, Florida.
