Background Information
Request for Bid (RFB) No. 2020-18 was opened on October 16, 2019. Four (4) submittals were received from Pavement Maintenance, LLC; C-Squared Certified General Contractor, Inc.; V & H Construction and ZEP Construction, Inc. C-Squared Certified General Contractor, Inc. was the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Contract will consist of the construction of several sidewalks at various locations within the City as part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
The Contract has been reviewed by the City Attorney as to form and correctness.

Funding in the amount of $239.20 is available in the Fiscal Year 2020 Road and Drainage District Budget, account no. 107-5000-541.46-06, Road & Drainage / Repair & Maintenance Roads.
