Recommended Action
The City Commission approve Petition No. PLF-22-115 Wellen Park Golf & Country Club Phase 1C.
General Information
Darin McMurray, Vice President of Lennar Homes LLC, requests review and approval of the Final Plat of Wellen Park Golf & Country Club Phase 1C, which includes 63 single-family detached lots with associated landscape, roadway, stormwater, and utility tracts and easements.
The Development Order for the Infrastructure Plan (INF-21-261) and the Order of Approval for the Subdivision Plan (SCP-21-262) were issued in April 2022. A surety bond for INF-21-261 was received in the amount of $839,554.11.
The West Villages Improvement District (WVID) has reviewed and approved the plat, and the Wellen Park Golf & Country Club Master Homeowner's Association has accepted the Street Tree and Landscape Easements.
At the November 17, 2022, Planning and Zoning Advisory Board regular meeting, the Board voted unanimously 7-0 to recommend approval.
