TITLE: Consideration of Petition No. PLF-22-028, Manasota Beach Ranchlands Plat No. 2 Final Plat (QUASI-JUDICIAL)
Recommended Action
The City Commission approve PLF-22-028, Manasota Beach Ranchlands Plat No. 2.
General Information
Brad Soule, Vice President of Manasota Beach Ranchlands LLLP, requests the review and approval of a final plat comprising of two tracts,101 and 700. Tract 101 comprises the recently constructed water treatment plant. Tract 700 includes a conservation area, drainage, drainage maintenance access, irrigation, and landscape easements. Platting the tracts will provide for the future conveyance of the water treatment plant to the City. The site is located within Village F; North of Manasota Beach Road and West of S. West Villages Parkway, (Section 9, Township 40 South, Range 20 East, North Port, Florida). The total site contains approximately ± -11.66 acres.
The West Villages Improvement District (WVID) has reviewed and approved the plat.
The plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Surveyor.
The petition was heard by the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board at their regularly scheduled meeting on May 5, 2022. The Planning and Zoning Advisory Board voted unanimously to recommend approval of PLF-22-028, Manasota Beach Ranchlands Plat No. 2.
