Background Information
The City of North Port purchased the Legislative Suite from Granicus, LLC in 2013 to create and manage agenda items. This order form is our annual renewal of maintenance and subscription items. Granicus has requested that the City of North Port sign the Granicus Suite Annual Maintenance Quote, Master Subscription Agreement and Professional Service Agreement this year as their terms and conditions have been updated.
The Granicus Suite Annual Maintenance Quote, Master Subscription Agreement and Professional Service Agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.

The maintenance cost for these services is $66,956.30 and has been included in the approved City Manager, Information Technology Division Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024, account numbers 001-0710-516-46-01 and 001-0710-516-54-00.

These goods and services are being procured pursuant to Section 2-407, of the City Procurement Code - Sole Source Guidelines. Procurement forms and documentation will be completed after approval.
