Recommended Action
Approve the CrowdStrike Falcon Complete Limited Warranty Agreement for the provision of insurance coverage in the event of a security incident.
Background Information
CrowdStrike Falcon Complete is a security tool that has been installed on City of North Port devices. The attached Agreement is a limited warranty from CrowdStrike should the City experience a security incident in the future. CrowdStrike will reimburse the City for expenses that directly result from that security incident up to a maximum amount not to exceed the cap set forth in the table below:

The CrowdStrike Falcon Complete Limited Warranty Agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form. In addition, the CrowdStrike Falcon Complete Limited Warranty Agreement has been reviewed and approved by the Risk and Benefits Manager, Human Resources Department.
