Background Information
During the City Commission Workshop held on April 26, 2018, at the conclusion of the Strategic Planning Session, the Commission directed all Charter officers to provide a monthly report as to the status of Commission‐directed activities.
The attached Commission Directives to the City Attorney includes matters the City Commission directly assigned to the City Attorney. These matters have been opened or worked during the current fiscal year (October 1 to present).
The Matter List (Redacted) includes all currently active legal matters, many of which involve legal review of Commission directives to other charter officers. Some matter names have been redacted due to legal confidentiality.
