Recommended Action

 

Adopt Resolution No. 2022-R-75 as presented.

 

Background Information

 

At its Regular Meeting on July 27, 2021, the North Port City Commission adopted Resolution No. 2021-R-26 supporting the identification of Warm Mineral Springs and Little Salt Spring as Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Outstanding Florida Springs. 

 

During conversations with Legislators prior to leaving office, it was suggested to former Commissioner Luke that the City should update the Resolution for transmission to Legislators for the upcoming session. 

 

Resolution No. 2022R-75 has been reviewed by the City Attorney.
