TITLE:                                          Resolution 2020-R-01 Adopting Policy 2020-01 Regarding Public Records Requests

 

 

Recommended Action

 

Approve Resolution No. 2020-R-01 as presented.

 

Background Information

 

During a workshop on October 7, 2019, Commission provided consensus for staff to provide a Resolution adopting a Public Records Request Policy including withholding future public records requests until outstanding invoices are paid in full, all Police Department public record requests not having to go through the City Clerk’s office, allotting a 30 minute staff time before charging a fee, and an effective date of October 1 for delinquent accounts.
