Recommended Action

Approve Resolution No. 2020-R-37 as presented.

Background Information

City Commission adopted Resolution No. 2020-R-03 and City Commission Policy No. 2020-02 on July 28, 2020.

On September 22, 2020 Commission provided direction to revise the Ceremonial Item Policy including the proclamation definition to include organizations and businesses and the Key to the City criteria to state “but not limited to”.
