Recommended Action
Provide direction to staff as we continue with the Fiscal Year 2027 budget development process regarding the Communications Division’s details of service delivery.
City Commission Options
Staff is seeking direction from Commission and currently does not have specific options to propose for consideration.
Background Information
The Communications Division will provide a presentation on decentralized vs. centralized communications, roles & responsibilities, benefits of centralization, accomplishments, value provided & cost to outsource, and future outlook.
The presentation will be added to the agenda prior to the meeting date.
