Recommended Action
Approve the appointment of Ann Niednagel as a Regular Member of the Environmental Advisory Board, to serve a three-year term from March 14, 2023, to March 14, 2026.
Background Information
Currently, there is one (1) Regular Member vacancy on the Environmental Advisory Board and the vacancy has been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Ann Niednagel and there have been no other applications submitted. Ms. Niednagel has been a resident of North Port for six (6) months and does not currently serve on any other Board or Committee. Florida Statutes 112.3143(6) regarding conflict disclosures is not applicable for this applicant. Her application has been submitted for review and consideration.
