Background Information
The draft minutes were submitted for Commission review on April 10, 2024. Commissioner McDowell provided suggested changes on April 11, 2024, regarding:
Missing 2:17 -- timeline, road rehabilitation costs, plan if voters say no to referendum, future EOC Budget amendment, Surtax IV project review, potential project cuts, and cutting future surtax projects in half (at the 3:15mark).
