Background Information
The Department of Public Works is seeking to purchase property located on E. Price Boulevard, Parcel Identification No. 1152480040, currently owned by Adderly Realty Company, LLC, formally known as 813 Insurance Agency, LLC. This parcel contains a portion of Retention Ditch R-558 and the acquisition of this parcel will provide access for future maintenance and rehabilitation of R-558 to ensure the City's stormwater system performs as designed.
