TITLE: Discussion and Possible Action Regarding the Approval of the September 13, 2022, City Commission Regular Meeting Minutes
Recommended Action
To approve the September 13, 2022 Meeting Minutes as presented with the recommended changes.
Background Information
The draft minutes were submitted for Commission review on September 21, 2022. Commissioner McDowell provided suggested changes on October 10, 2022, regarding Item No. 22-3362 a typo in last name and corrected title for Mr. Wordon from Board Member to Chair.
On Ordinance 2022-22: A correction from Commissioner White to Commissioner McDowell disclosed of ex-parte communications.
As well as Item D - #22-3373 Board Certification increase was heard before Item C - #22-3341 salary increase and
The commission actually heard the board certification first and then the salary increase. These items have been corrected to reflect the proper order of discussion. This change was also approved when the agenda was approved.
The recommendation was determined accurate by the City Clerk and changes were made accordingly.
