Recommended Action

Discussion and possible action regarding a Planning and Zoning Advisory Board (PZAB) Member’s comment made at the November 5, 2019 Joint Meeting.

Background Information

At the November 5, 2019 Joint Meeting with the North Port City Commission and the City’s PZAB, an inappropriate comment was whispered by one PZAB to another that was inaudible to the Commission on the dais, however, it was picked up by the recording equipment.  

Mayor Hanks and Vice-Mayor McDowell requested that this be added to the November 12^th agenda for discussion, and at the November 7, 2019, the City Commission moved to amend the November 12^th Regular Commission Meeting Agenda to address this item.
