Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast, Inc., helps children reach their potential through professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships with measurable impact. Children receive mentoring services through their community and school-based mentoring programs.
The original tenant Lease Agreement expired on October 31, 2024. The First Amendment extended the lease term by one additional year and expired on October 31, 2025. The Second Amendment extended the lease term by another additional year and expires on October 31, 2026. This Third Amendment will extend the lease term by another additional year and will expire on October 31, 2027. The lease amount of $95/per month is unchanged from the previous Lease Agreement. Once a City-wide Standardized Lease Policy takes effect, the Lease Agreement will need to be presented to Commission under the new terms.

The Third Amendment to the Lease Agreement by and between the City of North Port, Florida, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast, Inc. for Space at the Family Service Center, 6919 Outreach Way, Suite B112, North Port, Florida, 34287 was provided to the City Clerk's Office on September 25, 2026, for signature subject to City Commission approval.
