Background Information
Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center, Inc. provides free services to victims of domestic and sexual violence and promotes a violence free community through public awareness and education.
The tenant Lease Agreement expired on October 31, 2024. The lease term was amended to extend the lease by one additional year, expiring on October 31, 2025. This Second Amendment extends the term of the current lease agreement by one year, expiring on October 31, 2026. The lease amount of $114/per month is unchanged from the previous lease agreement. Once a City-wide standardized lease policy takes effect the agreement will need to come back to Commission for approval under the new terms.
