TITLE: Approve the First Amendment to the Master Services and Purchasing Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. and authorize the City Manager to execute all future amendments to the original agreement, with keeping the terms in the original agreement unchanged and in full effect. This will amend the original quote to include additional sixteen (16) licenses and additional one hundred sixty (160) units of storage for a cost of $2,600.00 due in the fifth year of the agreement.
Recommended Action
Approve the First Amendment to the Master Services and Purchasing Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. and authorize the City Manager to execute all future amendments to the original agreement, with keeping the terms in the original agreement unchanged and in full effect. Background Information
On March 21, 2019, the City entered into an agreement with Axon Enterprises, Inc. for Police Department Body Cameras, associated software licenses and data storage for investigative personnel. The original agreement included three (3) Basic Evidence.com software licenses and thirty (30) units of Evidence.com storage. This amendment will increase the number of basic Evidence.com licenses from 3 to 19 and Evidence.com storage from 30 units to 190 storage units. This will allow the detectives to have access to Evidence.com in order to review officers’ body camera footage when conducting investigations.
This amendment has been reviewed by the City Attorney’s office for form and correctness.

Axon is providing the City with a credit/discount of $9,400. that will cover part of the cost associated with the additional licenses, leaving a balance of $2,600.00 that will be due in the fifth year of the original agreement.
Procurement
Procurement of this Agreement was made in accordance with Sec. 2-407, Sole Source Guidelines of the City Procurement Code. Procurement forms will be completed and submitted for approval in year five of the agreement.
