Discussion and possible direction regarding existing Parks & Recreation Department Capital Improvement Program Projects.
Background Information
During the City Commission Workshop held on June 15, 2023, there was discussion on the following:
Ø Status of several Parks & Recreation Department Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Projects.
Ø The need for recreational services on the east end of North Port.
Ø Acquiring land east of Toledo Blade Boulevard.
Ø The potential to reprioritize future park sites and/or reallocate appropriated funding from existing Capital Improvement Program Projects.
