Background Information
The Parks & Recreation Department currently utilizes Vermont Systems’ RecTrac software to efficiently manage daily operations, including admission sales, pass sales and management, concession sales, park reservations and reporting. At present, this essential software is hosted locally on the City’s network.
To enhance operational resilience and improve service reliability, the Parks & Recreation Department, in collaboration with the Information Technology Division, recommends migrating RecTrac hosting to Vermont Systems’ cloud-based platform. This robust solution will support continuous access to software and data, maintain seamless customer service, protect valuable data and improve disaster recovery capabilities.
