The applicant is requesting to vacate the easements recorded through Instrument numbers 2007080765 and 2007080766, Public Records of Sarasota County in order to replat the subdivision and establish new easements. The subject property is zoned Planned Community Development (PCD) and has a future land use of Activity Center.

A legal notice of intent to vacate the easements was published by the property owners in a newspaper of general circulation, for two (2) weeks consecutively.
