Ø                     December 19, 2023:  WA 2023-01FM was issued to Halfacre Construction Company, through a direct select process, for pre-construction phase (Phase I) services. During this phase, the Contractor evaluated the drawings produced by Pennoni Associates, Inc.; obtained quotes from applicable contractors; and developed the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).

Ø                     October 29, 2024: Halfacre Construction Company submitted a GMP proposal. This Amendment to Contract No. 2023-17.002 presented for approval is for the construction phase (Phase II) of the process.
