TITLE: Approve the First Amendment to the Software as a Service Agreement Between Tyler Technologies Inc., and the City of North Port in the Amount of $2,988.00 for the Use of Tyler Payments for Invoicing and Billing through the MobileEyes System for Business Related Inspections by the Fire Rescue Department.
Recommended Action
Approve the First Amendment to the Software as a Service Agreement between Tyler Technologies Inc., and the City of North Port in the amount of $2,988.00 for the use of Tyler Payments for invoicing and billing through the MobileEyes system.
Background Information
In 2020, The City entered into a Software as a Service (SaaS) agreement with Tyler Technologies Inc., for the use of proprietary software products to include MobileEyes. Fire Rescue utilizes Tyler Technology’s MobileEyes software for tracking and organizing all annual business inspections. This Amendment will allow Fire Rescue, through the MobileEyes platform known as Tyler Payments, to process billing invoices and payments to align with the Commission adopted fee schedule.
After initial setup and configuration, the annual fee for use of this module is $588.00.
This item has been reviewed and approved to form and correctness by the City Attorney’s office.
