Background Information
MuniPro is a comprehensive municipal law research tool used by the City Attorney’s Office. Some of the benefits of the MuniPro subscription include being able to simultaneously search over 3,900 municipal codes, simultaneously search over 190,000 individual ordinances, filter by the individual or multiple municipalities, regions, or states, save searches for future uses, and add notes.
This subscription was previously renewed online but CivicPlus, who acquired Municode in 2021, is transitioning to a new purchasing system. As part of this transition, online renewal of the MuniPro user license will no longer be available. Instead, customers are required to use CivicPlus agreements and invoicing.
To continue using MuniPro, CivicPlus requires an executed Master Services Agreement, which includes the Statement of Work. Once the agreement is fully executed, the City Attorney’s Office will receive an invoice from the Munipro corporate office, with the option to pay via credit card or check.
The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the Master Services Agreement for form and correctness.
