Staff recommends that the City Commission continue Ordinance No. 2022-25 to second reading.

General Information

 

On June 2, 2022, Kelley Klepper, as authorized agent for the Developer, submitted to the City of North Port (City) an application for a Notice for Proposed Change (NOPC) to the North Port Gardens Development of Regional Impact. The amendment proposes changes to the entitlements, master development plan, and certain conditions of the Development Order.

 

On November 3, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board heard this item and voted unanimously 7-0 to recommend approval to the City Commission with the conditions included in the Staff Report.

 

Information for Second Reading

 

At the first reading on November 22, 2022, the City Commission continued Ordinance 2022-25 for second reading to be heard on December 13, 2022.
