Recommended Action
If desired, the Planning & Zoning Advisory Board may submit a recommendation(s) to the City Commission regarding the Draft of the ULDC.
General Information
The purpose of this item is to solicit feedback on the draft of the Unified Land Development Code (ULDC).
The final combined chapters and appendices are attached to this item and this workshop is intended as the final opportunity to propose edits to the regulations prior to the first reading of the adoption ordinances.
PZAB may submit a recommendation regarding the proposed regulations to the City Commission.
